1) install detail parts on body shell, cab, running boards (photo not shown)

2) replace original wheel contact wires with longer wires 3 to 8 inches

3) paint cab end fly wheel 50% gloss white and 50% flat black

4) on cab roof replace original yellow LED with white LED T1 size with 6 inch lead wires

5) on body shell, replace original yellow LED with white LED T1 size with 6 inch lead wires

6) the 1000uF capacitor to keep the sound powered over switch frogs will fit in the worm gear pocket

7) the 1000uF capacitor will need to soldered to the Sound Unit circuit board bottom

8) solder 47 Ohm 2W resistor on each motor lead, and check fly wheel clearance to metal frame (red arrow)

9) start assembling parts back together again. 1.1 inch speaker goes into the cab.

10) tie wires together if desired

11) radiator end is busy with track, motor, LED and speaker connections
